Frequently asked questions

Do I really get a free sample?
Yes — every 60ml signature perfume includes a complimentary discovery sample of another SPR scent. Try it before opening the full bottle; if it isn't you, the unopened bottle is returnable within 7 days.

Are your products natural?
We've formulated and manufactured in-house since 1996 — we're not a reseller. Our fragrances and oils are crafted from naturally derived ingredients.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatch in 1–2 business days; delivery typically 2–4 days in metros and 3–7 days elsewhere, with tracking sent by email/SMS.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across most of India (a small COD fee applies at checkout). Prepaid orders skip the fee.

What's your return policy?
Unopened perfumes in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances and oils can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free — see our Refund Policy.

Can I visit you?

Do you ship internationally?
Our house exports to trade partners internationally; the online store currently ships within India. Write to us for export or bulk enquiries.
