We have made our own oils since 1996. That single fact shapes everything on this page: we are answerable for what is in the bottle because we distilled or blended it ourselves.

Made in our own house

SPR Naturals is a manufacturer, not a reseller. Our oils are distilled and blended at our own premises in Mattancherry, Kochi — the same building that houses the SPR Perfume Museum, where visitors can see the antique stills and working equipment for themselves. Few suppliers can invite a buyer to walk through the place their oils are made.

Sourcing

Botanicals are selected for aroma and consistency rather than lowest cost. Where a material has a natural season or origin that matters to its character, we buy accordingly — which is why some oils are limited by harvest rather than by demand.

Batch consistency

Because we control distillation and blending in-house, we can hold a fragrance profile steady across production runs, and discuss specification directly with formulators and trade buyers who need repeatable input material.

Laboratory documentation

For laboratory reports, chromatography data, specifications or batch documentation relating to a particular oil, contact us with the product and your intended application, and we will tell you what we can provide for that material.

Honest labelling

We describe our products in plain terms. Where an oil is a natural distillate we say so; where a fragrance is a blend, we say that too. We would rather state less and be accurate than claim more and be doubted.
